Welcome to the Tuneintofitness program, a custom 1:1 training and nutrition program made to fit into a busy lifestyle and deliver you the best possible results for a lean physique and a healthy body!

Nutrition segment includes:

Customized meal plan - 3 options for breakfast , lunch, dinner, and snacks plus new recipes every few weeks to fit your calorie and macronutrient needs.
15 minute weekly check in calls.
Bi Weekly FaceTime 1:1 Training Sessions ($150 value EACH session)
Macro targets and specific calorie amounts.
Delicious Recipes and food that YOU like. My main goal is for you to enjoy every meal.
Adjustments when needed (recipes, portions, and meal plan will be adjusted accordingly)

Help with turning your nutrition into a lifestyle, we discuss previous issues that you may have had in the past and how to overcome them, traveling and eating out, and more to help YOU maintain this for the long haul.

Workout segment includes:

Cardio guide
Full workout program catered to your level, goal, and equipment you have available.
Workout videos attached to each exercise
Demonstrations of each exercise and form.
Workouts updated every 3-4 weeks. (The training may change sooner based on your progress)
Facetime help with form if needed once you go over your plan.
Reps, Sets, and suggested weight to use included.

Once purchasing, a form will be sent to your email so I can get to know you and your needs. From there, I will be in contact with you immediately via email or phone. Check ins will be via phone, text, email, or Face Time.
This plan is for every 10 weeks. This is because training and nutrition must work as a cycle. It takes much longer than just 2/3 weeks for our bodies to see change, and we must adjust and understand what your body needs to get to where you want to be. I want to make sure you leave me satisfied, and able to sustain how you look, feel, and perform.

The $1 you are charged here will go towards any coaching we do together. This is so that I have your contact info as the form sometimes does not come in on my end. Please contact my email with any questions!
