How Our Online Coaching Program Works
Onboarding
After signing up, you will receive a comprehensive questionnaire that will allow us to understand your background, starting point, and goals.
Training Program
A fully custom strength and cardio program will be written for you that will include reps, sets, video tutorials, estimated weight to be used, and more.
Meal Plan
You will receive a meal plan with various options of meals within your individual calorie and macro targets that we set for you. These meals will be quick to make or purchase.
Ongoing Support
Each week we will do check in calls and/or facetimes to update one another and change what is needed. You will have support via text message to ask questions when needed. Holding you accountable is number one for us.
Achieve Multiple Fitness Goals
We focus on body transformations meaning we will focus both on building muscle and losing body fat simultaneously. In addition, we focus on enhancing your daily life by performing movements that allow you to move better, become more athletic, and feel stronger.
Easy To Follow
The program is extremely easy to follow because it is intended to fit within your lifestyle. We do not want this program to take up too much time like other programs tend to do. The meals are quick to make or require zero cooking, and the workouts are easy to follow. If you are confused about how to perform a movement, we have facetime support to show you how.
